When using new biotechnologies, the greatest achievement is in the
field of genetics. In the last years we have exponentially increased
the number of animals with elite genetics for beef and milk production
in the tropics.
- We are the
leading company in Colombia in
reproductive biotechnology.
- We are
leaders in transferring and multiplying
research products through our agreement programs and projects with
national and foreign institutions.
- We were the
first in Colombia to produce identical
twins through embryo bipartition.
- We achieved
a world record when 27 embryos where
collected from a gyr cow, with 17 born calves.
- We are
leaders in tropical milk production with
cebú, gyr and guzerá breeds and their crosses.
- We are
leaders in producing and massively
transferring embryos through lavage and follicular aspiration in beef
and milk cattle in Colombia.
- We are
leaders in the rational use of prairies in the
tropic.

constantly organizing training courses for
cattle farmers, technicians, professionals and employees from the
different areas of the livestock industry.

3000 selected donors of the Brahman,
milking Gyr, and milking Guzerá breeds.

- From a herd
of less than 150 pure elite cows we have
gotten 1209 pregnancies in the last 14 months, using in vitro
fecundation and embryo transfer techniques. Of these, we have sold 644
pregnant receptor cows.
